Great pet store. While I have never actually bought anything from here,it's clear that they take priority in caring for theiranimals. I'd like to come in here and look at the animals, and just walk around the place. It really brings me joy to see them happy, which they almost always are.

Petland has really friendly staff and its overall a great atmosphere.

Love this place! The employee's are all super nice & encourage you to play with any puppies you're interested in purchasing. They also encourage & welcome you to just come in & play with the puppies to socialize them. Awesome place & employee's!

My husband and I recently adopted a rescue dog and I stopped by our local Petland store to buy a new leash, toys, etc. I’d never visited Petland and wasn’t sure which items would be best for our young, feisty new family member. I was approached by a young man (Tyler) who asked me if I needed help with anything. After giving him a description of Squirt, I gave him a rough idea of the items I needed. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store, he related his own experiences with his dog and what works best for him. He wasn’t the least bit pushy as he recommended certain items and he was really honest about the things that probably wouldn’t hold up well with my particular dog. Tyler was relaxed, personable, and so very helpful to me. I’m a senior citizen and not accustomed to such patient, helpful customer service especially in this day and age but he went above and beyond to make my experience productive and enjoyable. He’s truly an asset to his employer! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
